JA: What's the brand/model of your phone system?
Customer: Model Not known but BT system
JA: How long has this been going on with your phone system? What have you tried so far?
Customer: For two or three days I believe, tried nothing to date. Relied on Mobile which suddenly has given up on me.
JA: The Phone System Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Phone Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Open Reach on behalf of Sky has been working on my line a few weeks back. Am severely visually impaired so am trying hard not to get paranoid !
