My wife has memory problems and has changed the passcode on her iPhone and can’t remember it. The phone is now saying “iPhone is disabled, connect to iTunes “ How do we please rectify the problem ?
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: Passcode changed about 48 hours ago, but Apple ID unchanged
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: No, don’t know how to
JA: The Mac Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
