I have a hotmail account - all has been well until this morning when I could not get on to my account. I have tried everything including changing password ***** can you help me please?
JA: Are you logged into your Hotmail account on any other devices?
Customer: I can not get on with my iPad either
JA: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?
Customer: I think so (but that would have been a long time ago)

No message but "wiggly line" showing not connected (ok on my iCloud account) I have tried many things and may have made it worse!
