My mobile has frozen on the onlock screen. I can't unlock it or turn it off.
JA: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?
Customer: Everything! I can't move from the unlock screen.
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: Doro 8030, model DSB 0010. Android 5.1.1
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: !0 days. I've tried pressing volume key in conjunction with power key. Manufacturer unavailable due to Covid 19. (It's a mobile phone.)
