Customer Question

I have a frequent fault which results in not being able to get on line. I have in the last hour spent about 50 minutes trying to get on line before I got a connection. When I got the connection eventually I ran a speed test which gave me a speed of over 24 megabits. This is intermittent fault is EXTREMELY ANNOYING and TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY.
