My Apple MacBook Air does not have a "prtscn" key, or anything like it!
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your MacBook Air?
Customer: Catalina
JA: How long has this been going on with your MacBook Air? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have not tried to do a screen shot before
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am trying to do a screen shot to send to malwarebytes. They don't seem to understand that someone of my age is not a computer expert. In fact I find it hard to understand anything they send me.
