sorry i am a bit slow i have an ipad with activation lock and cannot rember apple id or pass word can you help please
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: as i have been dissabled i have not used it for sometime and forgotten all

You need to know the Apple ID and password ***** was used to set up the iPad. Otherwise you will not be able to use the device.

That is an issue of Used iPads. They are activated using the seller's or someone else's Apple ID.

I suggest you return the iPad if that is still possible. You will not be able to recover the device.
