I have just started skyping and this is the 4th time but the picture that she is receiving has deteriorated over the weeks and now she has only a load of red lines. Is it my computer/camera/screen ?
JA: Who makes your camera?
Customer: computer is lenovo
JA: What have you tried so far with your camera?
Customer: nothing as I am 80 yrs old and not good with technology
JA: Anything else you want the Camera Expert to know before I connect you?

Please disconnect the power cable to the computer then hold the power button in for 60 seconds then release.
Then connect the power cable, power it on and tell me how it now functions.
