JA: Is there an error code on your printer when you try to scan?
Customer: no
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: i was logged in online to amend the details just now
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I suspect I don’t quite have the SMTP info correct and I am not sure how to set up the receiver email either

3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

I’m doing this via an iPad I don’t have a Pc - I’ve logged into IP address of printer but I think what I’ve done isn’t quite right as it continues to fail
