I have installed a new Plusnet fro get my ibre broadband box with is working, but in tryinamed to have lost or deleted my emails, I also keep getting a message saying Safari cannot connect.
JA: How's your Internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

most of my emails have been retrieved from Plusnet, but at present a 75sec delay, this will improve when it has settled down. thanks for your offers, but the problem has been resolved.
