I am unable to put in my password ***** downloading windows 10on my laptop. I put in a password ***** I first downloaded windows 10 but now it will not accept it
JA: What's the brand/model of your laptop?
Customer: Packard bell about 10years old
JA: What have you tried so far with your laptop? Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes it did start once and done all updates and now will not let me in
