My tv has frozen I have to take plug in and out to turn tv on and off its say a error has occurred ( https / / / / itvb...) certificate
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: It's 2 weeks old it's a bush DLED43FHDS
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: No when I plug back it it gets netflix etc across screen then it goes I can turn tv on off turn it over it come up error has occurred other devices are ok

The apps on a TV are very basic, it means the app server has an outage or issues then the apps wont connect. My recommendation is to get Chromecast or Amazon Firestick to avoid this. You need a 3rd party device to be able to get that on your TV as the TV apps are very basic and not fully functional.
