I have had a message from talktalk saying my last payment failed,this cannot be so as I have always paid by direct debit and my last payment to you was paid just a few days ago. I have any references for the last payment should you require them
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: This is my monthly telephone account we are talking about and nothing to do with my apple i-pad
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your iPad?
Customer: Am afraid I have no idea
JA: How long has this been going on with your iPad? What have you tried so far?
Customer: This message I received from talktalk was sent to me yesterday

I have had a message from talktalk saying that my payment has failed however I have always paid my phone bill by direct debit with never any trouble and note from my bank statement that payment has indeed been paid as usual just two or three days ago
