hi, I've just set up a new gmail email account and wish to transfer all emails from my sky email account. I've gone through settings/accounts and import/add an email account/treat as a alias and now it's asking for email address, password ***** pop server details. Address and password ***** correct, but I don't know why the server details aren't acceptable.
JA: Are you logged into your Gmail account on any other devices?
Customer: no, just on my computer

Customer: not sure, but I can access my sky email no problem
