My computer was hacked. they used a programme called ANYDESK. I switched off the computer but they still had control. I cannot get back into my computer? Do you have any tips, please?

Customer: The computer is looking for a password ***** I do not have.

Customer: The computer is an Acer Pedator G3 and runs on Windows 10.
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: The computer was hacked last Wednesday. Momentum Computers in Dingwall had my computer from Friday until today and were unable to fix it.

Customer: The shop was at a loss as to find a remedy.
