I cant login to my bt sports on ee
JA: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?
Customer: My sports to cast it to my tv it worked yesterday but today it is saying my details are wrong
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Its a Toshiba its only a couple of months old i dont know the model
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Its not the tv thats the problem its my account on my phone through ee
