My iPad only shows this address and an iTunes sign
JA: What Apple model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: Sorry. I don't know. I need to do some research and come back to you
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: It has been 2 days. I've tried holding the usual button and the one at the side down together. That has worked before but not now
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

Hi, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to help you today. This means your iPad has been disabled. You will need to reset it to factory settings. This will erase everything on the iPad that is not backed up. To do this, please do the following:

  1. Open iTunes on your computer

  2. Plug in the iPad to the computer via the USB charging cable

  3. Click the small iPad icon at the top left of iTunes

  4. Click Restore iPad…

  5. Click Restore

  6. iTunes will download the software and restore the iPad
