Hi I've lost my Eltima com ports. One minute they were there then they disappeared and came back with different numbers. Now theyve gone again.Any suggestions would be welcome.

Customer: Sorry not on bosch I'm on a sony vaio
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your Vaio?
Customer: windows 7
JA: What have you tried so far with your Vaio? Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: microsoft updated a few the other day
