I have disabled my ipad, I have be through the procedure for this problem but still cant get to work
JA: What Apple model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: 7yh generation
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I brought the ipad 2 weeks ago and I was setting up and it came up with passcode which I didn't have tried a few things and then it disabled
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
