I cannot get programmes up on tvguide button on remote

Hi. I cannot get programmes up on tvguide button on remote controj. It just jumps on to another programme which is not familiar
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: Sky+HD
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Its not my computer its my sky television
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: About 7 years
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Only happened today. No previous problems
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?
Customer: Looking at programme on Virgin One and switched to recorded channel for last episode of Cornation street. After a few minutes viewing that it jumped back to Virgin one and tvguide icon ceased to function between channels after that. Now can no longer access it

How can I get my TV service back

Restart your box: Press the standby button on your remote, then turn your box off at the mains. Wait a few moments, then turn your box back on. Wait four minutes, then press the sky button on your remote.
