When I press next for google verification on the remote control nothing happens
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: philips 50PUS7394
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: its the tv not the computer. Since I changed my google password ***** days ago
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: 50PUS7394. I bought it February 2020
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: the tv menu works. I do not have the problem with other sources/inputs
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?
Customer: 5 days. I changed the google account password
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

What you need to do is go to my link below

https://www.google.com/landing/2step/

And enable 2 Step verification on your Gmail account.

Once done, then please go to my link below and create a 16 character app password.

https://myaccount.google.com/apppasswords

You then use this password ***** the pop up comes up, and put this in and it will then be accepted.

You do not use this password ***** but just for this one instance.

Please give me my money back and cancel my membership. Richard wanted another £22. I phoned Philips and they did not charge. I thought your site was a genuine Philips site.
