I have a new iPad which i am using and want to activate the iPad with my 02 account tel no***********JA: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?
Customer: the i pad has telephone caperbility and i want to activate my o2 account on this as well as my normal iphone
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: i have not changed my Apple ID that i can remember and possibly changed my password ***** mins ag when i tried to access the 02 app on my phone but could not get in
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: not a clue what this is
JA: The Mac Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no just want this i pad to be linked to o2 like my iphone
