Hi, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to help you today. You will need to login to Access again. At the top right of Access, click your email/username and then click Sign Out. Next, click login and login with the new password. You should then regain access to Access.

Okay, did that give you permission to use Access again?

Customer: replied 13 days ago.

Expert:  Ricky- Expert Tech replied 13 days ago.

Sorry, when you said Microsoft Access I thought you meant Microsoft's program called access. Did not know you had lost general access. Have you lost access to all Office applications?
