JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: Honestly can not remember
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: I have tried all sorts to no avail. I have just purchased Apple Mac book and am trying to set it up. Hence need for Apple account info

Use the link to reset your password ***** once done use this new password

Once done, you can use these details to sign in on your device
