I paid my subscription on about 8th October. I have down loaded umteem times without apparent success. I have used power eraser to removed any possible viruses. All the time your home screen tells me that my PC is unprotected but your email as of 14th Oct tell me my account is successfully updated. I don't know whether my PC is protected as I cannot run a scan. Help. Philip Cox

JA: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I normally use my PC but since my troubles started I rely on my ipad
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Everything I could think of. However I am not very computer wise and my big problem seems to be when I get a screen message telling me that windows has unexpectingly stopped and then I get a message that windows will let me know when the cause is found but this never happens.
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Do I need a Email expert and not a computer expert?
