JA: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?
Customer: trying to re-activate ipad that has locked itself out
JA: What Apple model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: ipad mini. i think version 9
JA: Which software or app can I help with?
Customer: I cannot get into Ipad It says activation lock and I dont know the password
