have old phone iPhone 5E. want to give it to my sister, but have trouble regarding password. it is locked and in not unlocking i had contract with three in 2016 for 2 years. i sent proof of purchase to apple so many times. Three has given letter of time no, date of contract, but apple is saying they want more information. they want receipt of purchase but i was on contract for 2 years, hence there is no receipt except letter from three. i want apple to unlock phone as i do not use that email and password ***** i need help.
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: i had that phone in 2016. now i have other email and password. sine 2-3 years
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: i need help i do not know how to reset
