My Laptop has started running very slow in the last couple of weeks. I have run several scans and nothing has shown up. I use this laptop daily and can not be without it for too long.
JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your laptop?
Customer: you It's an HP Pavilion Window 10
JA: What have you tried so far with your Pavilion? Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes it installs them automatically and did one a while back
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have recently installed Avast Premium
