May I know the brand and model of your laptop?

Customer: replied 6 days ago.
Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series-5593

May I know from how long are you seeing white pixel spots on your screen?

Looks like the problem is caused by the screen itself.

That cannot be caused by a software problem.

Either your LCD assembly is damaged, e.g. something such as finger damaged it where the white spots are, or the white spots are caused by "burn in" - the same thing being displayed in the same place continuously for a long time.

If you connect your laptop to an external monitor, you will probably find the white spots are not there on that display.

You need to get this physically checked with a Technician over there and if the laptop is still in warranty then you can replace it via Dell customer service centres.

Yes, i understand your issue.

You need to get this physically checked with a technician. The issue is with the screen itself.
