JA: What kind of Apple device do you have? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Apple has taken a payment of £8.99 on the 9th and again on the 17th but I have no idea what it was for

Customer: I have looked back my bank statement and it appears that 2nd ,9th,16thand 23rd September 1st, 9th and17th October. I have only noticed it
