It won’t switch on or charge, When you switch on it says

It won’t switch on or charge
JA: What exactly is frozen or not starting up for you?
Customer: When you switch on it says Nintendo the the battery indicator comes up in the top left corner and it switches off again. Bought a new charger and had it on charge for about 2 hours but still won’t come on
JA: When did your game system stop powering on?
Customer: 3/4 days ago
JA: Have you tried resetting the AC adapter (unplugging it from the outlet and the console and waiting 2 minutes)?
Customer: yeah
JA: Anything else you want the Game Expert to know before I connect you?
