Since I updated my iPad last week I cannot get into my email or Facebook accounts. I have put the passwords that I have for these. But it is saying incorrect password.
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your computer or device?
Customer: Not sure what you mean
JA: The Software Technician will be able to walk you through that. When did you last update your Facebook software?
Customer: probably quite a while ago
JA: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i just need help to recover these accounts please, I’ve tried for days but unfortunately nothing has worked
