Customer: ipad and Sony experia
JA: What Apple model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: Sorry, I’m a little elderly, I don’t know
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: my son has tried boosters, it has worked in the past, but not now

Can you please remove the power to the wifi router (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the router, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
