For some reason, I cannot access my e' bay account. Formerly I could make purchases through pay pal etc. No difficulty. Suddenly not now.. I cannot remember for sure the password ***** used when I opened the account. Perhaps an issue why I cannot resolve problem now. Or do I just abandon and rely on Amazon
JA: When could you last open your PayPal software?
Customer: Must be near a week I have been trying to navigate and straighten out the problem. On one occasion on screen I had the message I was blocked for too many attempts.
JA: Did you recently update your software or Operating System (OS)?
Customer: No, everything has remained the same laptop
JA: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, I would not know where to start. I am not that savvy with the media.
