JA: What device or product does this involve?
Customer: Dell optiplex 790
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your OptiPlex?
Customer: windows 10 window was pre installed on the machine when purchased so we don’t have the install disc or usb
JA: How long has this been going on with your OptiPlex? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Since last night. Seems like if we have a disc it can be fixed but can it be fixed without a Windows disc? F8 is not working
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
