I have an acer nitro and all of a sudden its rebooted itself

Hi I have an acer nitro and all of a sudden its rebooted itself and theres a broken circle spinning round it's been like that for 15 hrs +
JA: What device is frozen?
Customer: Acer nitro n50-600 Intelcore
JA: How long have you had your N50-600?
Customer: 5 months
JA: What have you tried so far with your Acer product?
Customer: Took ethernet cable out Didnt want to mess about

  1. Hold the Power on / off button on your computer for about ten seconds.
  2. Turn on computer, and then right away, press at the same time both the Alt key and the F10 key quickly and repeatedly on the keyboard until a menu appears.
  3. Then select option Troubleshoot.
  4. Then select option Reset PC > Keep my files, and check.
