Have no catch up. Am connected to internet, no problem there. TV working but have lost my catch up facility
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Panasonic TX 40EX700B
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: 3 years old
JA: How long has this been an issue with your Panasonic? What happened right before this?
Customer: Have had no problem with catch up but lost it several weeks ago. Have tried to reconnect but it just says ' searching for networks ' and never moves on from this
