JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: n 10.11.6 I hav changed the Facebook password ***** few times but Facebook wouldn't recognise it though it was shown in Safari Preferences
JA: Which Facebook product do you have?
Customer: Sorry. You are beyond me. Didn't know there was more than one.
JA: What have you tried so far with your Facebook software?
Customer: Just changed the password ***** times.
JA: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I just want tone able to input text to Facebook. I can manage photos.

I can log in easily. But I cannot transfer text from Text Editorinto Facebook. photos are not a problem. But once i have posted any text Itasks for my password ***** will not accept it.
