JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: Lenovo Ideacentre. Windows 10
JA: How long has this been going on with your IdeaCentre? What have you tried so far?
Customer: A couple of days Checked all the connections and reset the hub
JA: Who makes your router, and what device(s) are you connecting to it?
Customer: Sky. Just my desktop computer
JA: What have you tried so far with your router or your Lenovo?
Customer: Reset the router.
JA: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?

Please disconnect the power cable to the computer then hold the power button in for 60 seconds then release.
Then connect the power cable, power it on and tell me how it now functions.

Internet button initially on amber. Now gone to white as normal - for the time being! It has done this previously then gone off again
