Hi Stephe, In this case, You need to contact your Mail admins as the message states.

Office365 now blocks all auto-forwarding by default or they have set their own custom blocking

I have no mail admins - i'm just a poor lost soul with a pc

I'm not trying to forward anything - this is happening to incoming mail. Why am I getting blocking messages? It happened suddenly with a message at 15:11 a couple of days ago. There has never been any sort of problem before. I think I need to go back to Thunderbird if you can't offer a solution.

Unfortunately this is the only solution for this error, you need to contact to Mail admins.

How do I contact mail admins. That is a meaningless thing to say without saying who mail admins are and how to contact them. I don't think I'm getting value for money here.

I was with demon.co.uk for over twenty years and when they finished I got this domain name through names.co.uk

In this case, you've to directly contact your domain provider using their customer support number 0345(###) ###-####

Only they have the access to check the issue from the backend. They will assist you with this and help you to resolve the issue.
