JA: What's the brand, model, and Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: I am on Apple which may be the isdue
JA: What have you tried so far with your computer?
Customer: couldnt connect my new hp laser printer to MacBook as Cable. Had to connect to my old iMac with Mac OS high Sierra 10.13.6 butbtotal blink when trying to upload the HP software, nightmare loop of getting into MS account, putting in my gmail address then being asked again for an I’d, if only Gp would let me upload the driver the printer is totally use l yselees I will have to return if I can’t sort this why MSN’s it so incredibly imcredby hard to get the driver!????, c

Please follow the below instruction to get the issue resolved:

Step 1: Reset the printing system

Resetting the print system clears any error states by removing all HP and non-HP printers, print jobs, and printer preferences.

Resetting the Printing System in Mac OS X

  1. Click the Apple menu, and then click System Preferences.

  2. Click Print & Fax, Print & Scan, or Printers & Scanners.

  3. Right-click (or Control + click) anywhere inside the Printers window, and then click Reset printing system.

  4. Click Reset in the confirmation window.

  5. Enter the Administrator name and password, and then click OK to complete the reset.

Please help me open this link: on your computer to install Anydesk remote tool. On the web-page click on free download to install anydesk remote tool.

Once the remote tool are installed, Open AnyDesk and on the Left top corner you will see the note "This Desk can be accessed by this address" you can give me the 9 digit address number so I can remote in.
