She therefore cannot use her phone now and I have been trying for sometime to cancel the contract. Could you place advise how this can be arranged. You can request a standard cancellation by calling Vodafone customer services on 191. This is available from Monday-Friday 8am-9pm, Saturday 8am-9pm, Sunday 8am-9pm. If you're canceling your contract within the first 14 days, you may still be within Vodafone's cooling off period.
