I cannot access my ipad. My husband died last year and he has a list of different passwords which I have tried but now it is disabled and locked. How can I use this tablet? Can you help?
JA: Have you done a hard reset on your device by holding down the power button until it vibrates or beeps?
Customer: No I have not tried that action. I shall try now.
JA: Has there been any recent damage to your device (e.g. from dropping it or getting it wet)?
Customer: No I have no damage. I just held the button down but the screen is black and no sound.
