Customer: Have lost reminders on iPhone and callender but luckily still on ipad

Customer: since last update iPad is fine but not iphone

Customer: i think it happened when I updated reminders on ipad

On your iphone, Go to Settings Click your name at the top for icloud, Click icloud and make sure Reminders is green

I’ve done this

Ok. Since you mentioned that you upgraded your Ipad. Your ipad might be on a higher version than your phone

Take a look at this link. If your phone is on ios version 12 or older it will not read reminders from your ipad.

go to settings and general and About. This will tell you the version number.

You can click on Software Update in settings to upgrade your phone.

Ok Soft wear version 12.4.9 (16H5) that’s what it says

Yes so it needs to be 13 or higher. Go to Settings and software update. See if you can update it to 13

Just found out my phone is 6 therefore can’t get latest iOS but can I get my reminders and cal lander back
