Press and hold the power button untill the computer shutsdown, then restart. Follow the procedure 4-5 times untill you see windows recovery screen. Choose a restore point before the update and restore your computer.

I have tried several times and it still returns to a page asking me to select an account

I now cannot get your system to recognise my Visa card which I have already updated several times only for it to ask me to update again. Microsoft are not impressing me today

When it asks me to choose account and I choose Douglas Darroch it comes up with my correct account in small letters when it asks for password
