Hello,

My name is***** can change your PIN and or password ***** use to lock both your Apple iPad and iPhone. Also, you may want to run malware, spyware, virus scans on those devices.

You can download and install a free application called Malwarebytes or something similar to run a scan with. Also, you can change any other importan account passwords. Another thing you can do is to make sure that there are no remote applications installed on both devices.

For example Teamviewer. If you still have a problem with your devices being comprimised, you may need to reinstall Apple iOS on both devices after backing up any important data.

I have installed Malwarebytes on both iPad and iPhone, but still get hacker messages coming through. What should I do?
Expert:  Aaron B replied 12 days ago.

You may want to backup your data. Then perform a factory reset of your devices. That way you start on a clean slate.

You could factory reset one device to see if those messages disappear. Another thing you could do is to block those messages by installing an application that will filter them by sender, keyword, etc.

How do I do a factory reset
Expert:  Aaron B replied 12 days ago.

You can erase your iPad with a Macintosh computer or Windows computer. You would connect your iPad with a USB cable to that computer.

Then you would restore the iPad back to factory. This link below from Apple has full instructions.
