JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I believe it may have internet access but w.hen I try to connect to amazon fire tv stick it says no internet connection

Can you please remove the power to the TV and any other devices connecting to the TV such as a cable box, wifi router ect (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and connecting devices, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

I don't see internet on any menu but I thought it was called a smart tv wHen i bought it

my only connection to the internet is via my mobile phone. It may be that my tv was connected to a now obsolete laptop. I shall have to start again with a new computer.

But you need to go to the firestick, use the input or source button,. so you see the apps, like you did before.

I simply do not understand what is said.

I have no modem connector. Tv plugs ztraight into electricity supply.

I am trying to get reolies from Vodafone who i oay monthly for supply

The issue is the TV is not connected to wifi which I am instructing you to do please
