what is wrong with my computer it will not let me sign in to patient access
JA: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?
Customer: have just told you
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: it is an hp dont remember the model as i am away from home
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: couple of days tried to sign in to patient access and was denied

Please disconnect the power cable to the computer then hold the power button in for 60 seconds then release.
Then connect the power cable, power it on and tell me how it now functions.
