I amtrying to place an order with groupon but my card details are out of date and I am unable to change them. I have tried the update and change options but my last four numbers stay the same.
JA: What device or product does this involve?
Customer: Desk top computer. Make and model unknown it was a recon
JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your laptop?
Customer: Windows 10. Office 365
JA: What have you tried so far with your laptop? Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: It is not a laptop it is a tower model and regularly updated.
