Is it a brand new PC? Or new to you?

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
New to me
Expert:  Tim replied 13 days ago.

OK, something is either wrong with that dongle, or that USB port. It should show a LED indicator.

It doesn't light up in any ports back or front ,worked fine with my other pc
Expert:  Tim replied 13 days ago.

did it light up on the other PC?

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
it did
Expert:  Tim replied 13 days ago.

You're going to need to get drivers on the new PC and see what happens, you can try that via USB thumb drive, a burned CD/DVD, or if it has an ethernet port, plug it in and download and install drivers. You're very limited in this position, and there is nothing I can do but offer the advice I just did.

Expert:  Tim replied 13 days ago.

That is the best advice I have since I can't connect and am not there. Get drivers on there for the USB WIFI card and go from there.
